Entry open for Personnel Today Awards 2020


We are pleased to announce that the Personnel Today Awards for 2025 is now open. This annual celebration of excellence in HR and L&D will be launched on January 1, 2019.

Employers and suppliers will have until the 13th June, to submit their entries in order to be eligible for a prize at an elegant black-tie event on London’s Park Lane.

This year, there are 22 categories that you can enter, ranging from Candidate experience to Workplace culture.

The Personnel Today Awards are not only an opportunity for you to be recognized, but also a night of entertainment and fine dining in the lead-up to the Christmas season. This is a great way to celebrate your team’s achievements.

Rob Moss is the editorial director of Personnel Today and the chairperson of the judging committee. He said: “It gives me great pleasure to announce the 2025 Personnel Today Awards. We can now showcase the best in L&D and people management.

Now is the time to think about your organization’s projects and how they might fit into our 22 categories.

King’s College London won the award for overall winner last year in recognition of their impactful and broad-ranging HR program. The HR Team of the year award was also given to King’s College London. Other winners include E.ON UK, Rolls-Royce, for talent management and Busy Bees Nurseries, for workplace culture.

Every year, a special guest hosts the Personnel Today Awards. Richard Ayoade, the star of Travel Man and IT Crowd, hosted last year’s award ceremony. Other recent hosts include Claudia Winkleman and Russell Kane.

The 2025 Personnel Today Awards offers 17 categories to employers and five awards for consultants and suppliers. Suppliers may also enter categories for their client employers. All UK public sector organizations can enter the Excellence in Public Service Human Resources category for free this year. They will also get a 20% discount in other categories. Moss said: “The Personnel Today Awards will be held for the 27th consecutive year and we look forward to welcoming over 1,000 people at the biggest HR event of the autumn. It will be a night to remember.”

The shortlists will be announced in late July. The Awards Ceremony will take place in the evening on Tuesday, 18 November 2025 in Mayfair at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

Employers are required to submit a description of a problem, the solution they implemented, and any benefits that were realized by the organization and its employees.
