Employee Benefits annual awards is now in its 23rd season. It recognizes the hard work done by employers in a variety of industries during 2024 and the excellence in reward, benefits, and HR communities.
The awards recognize organisations, teams and people who have had a significant impact on their reward and benefit strategies over the last year.
This year, there were 21 categories to choose from, including Best health and wellbeing benefits; Best alignment of benefits with business strategy; Best financial well-being strategy; Best benefits communication and Best pensions strategies.
The winner of the Grand Prix will be announced at the ceremony. The Grand Prix goes to the organization that most impresses the judges with their overall achievements. Last year, Co-op won the award.
The ceremony and summer celebration will take place at the Honourable Artillery Company in London, on Friday 27th June. This must-attend event gives shortlisted employers and HR professionals a chance to celebrate and network with each other.
The event will include a champagne reception and a three-course meal, as well as a celebrity host, an after-party on the private grounds of the venue, and a celebrity.
