UKG named Leader in HCM for 14th Consecutive Year

HR solutions provider UKG has been named a Leader in the Nucleus Research HCM Technology Value Matrix for the 14th consecutive year.

The 2025 report highlights UKG’s AI-driven innovations, including the recently launched UKG Bryte AI Agents, as key factors in maintaining its leadership position.

The Nucleus Research HCM Technology Value Matrix is an annual evaluation of human capital management (HCM) providers, assessing their ability to meet current customer needs and prepare for future workforce challenges. UKG was ranked highest in the market for product usability and among the top for product functionality.

Alicia Hunt, division head of human resources at ARDOT, noted the impact of UKG’s solutions on workforce decision-making.

“HR data is critical to effective decision-making, and UKG has been a game-changer for us,” she said. “With UKG, our workforce data lives in one place, which means we can generate real-time reports for everything from payroll to turnover to employee overtime. Before UKG, it could take weeks to get that information, which meant it was already out of date and not actionable by the time we received it. With UKG, I have confidence in the timeliness and accuracy of the data.”

AI-Driven Enhancements and Industry-Specific Solutions

UKG’s continued leadership is attributed to its broad suite of workforce management and HCM solutions. The report highlights offerings such as UKG Great Place To Work Hub, UKG Pro Benefits Hub, and industry-specific solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, retail, public sector, services, and distribution.

Evelyn McMullen, research manager at Nucleus Research, stated, “UKG is a Leader in our HCM Technology Value Matrix for the 14th consecutive year and with strong product usability, continues to demonstrate an ability to help organisations with complex frontline workforce needs drive productivity to be successful.

“With a focus on continuing to enhance its overall customer experience, coupled with a suite-wide agentic AI strategy, UKG is highly positioned to deliver value to customers who prize a high-performing workplace.”
