In addition, “How to introduce myself in an interview” receives 720 searches per month.
The anxiety that follows an interview is another important issue. Searches for “How to tell if an Interview went well” are 390 per month. This suggests that candidates want reassurance following an interview.
Salary Negotiations are still a major concern
Salary negotiations continue to pose a challenge for many job seekers. According to the research, “How to Negotiate Salary” is searched for 1,900 times per month. This shows that many people are uncomfortable discussing their pay expectations. Many professionals are looking for guidance to ensure they receive fair compensation.
A demand exists for career advice that is tailored to the individual. The question “What’s the best job for me?” generates 1300 searches each month.
The average number of searches for “How to get a job” per month is 260, which indicates a need for clear and concise strategies on a highly competitive job market. These searches peaked around 2024, which indicates a greater interest in changing careers.
Social media has become a crucial part of professional branding. The phrase “How to advertise a new position on LinkedIn” is also searched 260 times per month. This shows that job seekers consider how to present their career moves online.
According to the findings, businesses that want to attract top talent may consider providing clearer guidance regarding interview preparation, salary negotiation and career advancement strategies.
