The UK’s first ever home heating employee benefits scheme has attracted more household names.

Heat Scheme, UK’s very first home heating employee benefits scheme, can now announce that it has received support from some of the UK’s biggest household names. Royal London is one of them.

Heat Scheme is a program that allows companies to reduce energy costs and carbon footprints.

Heat Scheme is now used by over 250,000 employees. As a sign of the company’s growing influence in the market, employee benefit platforms around the world are including Heat Scheme as part of their reward packages. Heat Scheme partners include Perkbox, which is used by more than 4,500 employers around the world. Thanks Ben is trusted by household names like Octopus Energy or Itsu.

All participating organisations can access Heat Scheme as an employee benefit program that provides staff with one-to-one consultations on heating efficiency and home improvements.

Employees can get interest-free loans or grants from their employers to cover the initial costs of switching to cleaner energy in the home, such as installing heat pumps and green retrofits.

Employers can increase the adoption rate of clean energy by more than 30% by providing an interest-free, loan between PS2,000 and PS5,000.

The benefits of working with employers is clear. They provide a platform for staff awareness, and they offer financing to cover the upfront costs of switching to cleaner energy.

Heat Scheme offers a similar promotion, offering staff a free year of heating if they switch from dirty energy.
