Holiday Party Season is Here!

The holiday season is upon us!

What does this mean?

It’s ok to not drink alcohol. It’s okay for employees to not drink alcohol.

You’re probably thinking “Duh.” It’s not necessary to drink!

As a non-drinker, I can assure you that some drinkers, for whatever reasons, will put pressure on non-drinkers. It’s not right. I don’t understand why.

If a company decides to serve alcohol at a party, they should also provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. My favorite party drink is bubble water, but I would love to be able to choose from a variety of mocktails.
