They will be motivated both internally and externally by the enthusiasm of others.

Adam says: “Influence personality are very social by nature and always eager to join a team. If you are working with colleagues like these, make sure that you share their enthusiasm and concentrate on the positives.

  • Stability


The “steadiness” type of personality values harmony and consistency in their personal lives and at work. They tend to be tolerant and supportive of others, as well as playing a supportive role in a team. Managers should be reminded that this personality type may have trouble advocating for themselves or might retreat into passive roles. Reassuring them that they can speak out is a top priority.

Adam says: “If you’re going through a period of dramatic change, it is important to connect with people who are “steady” or have an S-Style personality. They value stability.” This kind of outreach will help them adjust to change more quickly, and feel more confident about their work.


  • Conscientious


People who are rated as “conscientious”, in the first place, tend to be methodical and precise. They are often great critics and value objectivity. They are more likely to work on a problem for a long time and pay attention to small details. They are also afraid of making a mistake and tend to look at situations logically.
