What is Festivus exactly? Dan O’Keef, a Seinfeld writer, created Festivus in the 1990s and it became a part of the show. The show has three main components:
* Venting grievances
* feats of strength
* Festivalivus miracles
We at HRLearns know better than anyone how many grievances and feats of strength HR must perform to do their jobs. And we see miracles every day!

This session will cover key legal updates in 2025. It is a preapproved HRCI/SHRM session with Amy Epstein Gluck and Michael Elkins.
