The shortlist of 2025 for the RAD Awards has been announced. The annual celebration of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and people communication, , has also been announced.
The 35th year in a row, agencies, in partnership with employers, and in-house teams enter the most innovative and successful solutions for talent acquisition, retention, and employer branding over the last 12 months.
BT and EY lead the list with four nominations apiece. Marks & Spencer and Merlin Entertainments are also finalists.
The judging panel has also shortlisted campaigns from the Royal Air Force (RAF), Royal Navy, and British Army. The complete RAD Awards shortlist can be viewed here.
Richard Andrews said, “November is the month when the RADs judging really comes to life, culminating with the announcement of our finalists. After two weeks of remote judging, the panel met on 7th November to discuss and agree upon our shortlist for 2025.
This year, we received a large number of entries with a high quality. Being shortlisted is something that you should be proud of. This award is a testament to the effort that agencies and their clients put into talent attraction campaigns, and the importance of having an employer brand.
Ph.Creative (Havas People), Pink Squid (TMP Worldwide), Havas People and Tonic are all represented by multiple shortlisted entries.
Next month, the judges will meet for two additional days to select the winners of the prized Work of the Year.
Tsz Wa, co-founder and chair of 2025 RADs judging, stated: “With 25 judges sifting through hundreds of submissions you could feel concentration and envy in the room – it was evident that the standard had skyrocketed.”
The creativity, impact and innovations on display were amazing. It was difficult not to be able to score but it was a great honour to see the top-notch work that is pushing the industry ahead.
The 2025 Awards Ceremony will take place in the Grosvenor House Hotel’s Great Room on London’s exclusive Park Lane on Thursday, 30 January.
