The government is working to help more people with disabilities or health conditions get into the workforce. However, employers are facing a new landscape in order to attract the talent that they need.

This first of three masterclasses in association with Make UK focuses on the health and disability within the context of talent recruitment.

Personnel Today in partnership with Make UK is hosting a 30-minute masterclass series on “Working Well Together” focusing on three key areas:

* Disability and health in recruitment

* How to create a work environment free of sexual harassment

* Supporting neurodivergent employees

Employers should consider whether their current recruitment process is fit for purpose, as the number of people with disabilities in working age continues to increase.

This webinar will explore your legal obligations towards applicants with disabilities or health conditions.
