Two million people may suffer from long Covid in England, the debilitating and sometimes lingering effects of a Covid-19 virus infection.
We are constantly learning about long Covid, but this does not make it easier for employees and employers to return to work and sustain work with this condition.
The webinar, which is OHW+-led by Professor Anne Harriss, will also feature the expertise of Kerry Davies who manages long Covid. This webinar will examine strategies and approaches to best support employees. Professionals in occupational health will learn about:
- What are the latest thoughts on long Covid?
- Kerry’s experience of how long Covid can affect returning to work.
- In this context, it is important to have the support and expertise of OH.
- How long will Covid continue to affect workplace health and safety?
This webinar will take place at 11:00am on Tuesday, 10 December. This event will be followed by a Q&A moderated by OHW+ Consultant Editor Nic Paton.
