Our speaker
Eleni T. Teichmann, Senior People Scientist in EMEA Region at Culture Amp. Eleni’s role is to partner with customers and help them collect, understand, and take action on employee feedback using technology, psychological theory, and practice. Eleni was previously employed by the Berlin Police Department, initially in internal consulting, specializing in assessment & selection and statistics, as well as organisational development. She later took on roles as group and project lead for strategic assessments, recruitment and employer branding. She gained previous experience in the HR consulting, L&D and psychometrics industries in a tech start-up.
