Our speakers
Claire Causley, training manager and senior partner in the Autism Unlimited team. She has more than 20 years of experience in retail and the human resources sector. She has been working at Autism Unlimited since 2009, where she oversees the HR Education and Training teams. Claire was diagnosed as dyslexic at the age of 30 and shares her challenges and experiences in the workplace. She has thrived in her job and supported other neurodivergent workers to help them be productive.
Nicola Kibble, HR and employment law solution and product manager at Make UK. Nicola Kibble, a member of the HR Consultancy Team, has over 30 years of experience. She assists Make UK’s clients in developing solutions that are commercially savvy, as well as creating HR-related products and services.
