Well-being trends in UK workplaces
Recent data from ifeel’s whitepaper, ‘Mapping the Impact,’ shows that 40.7% of mental health demands in UK workplaces are focused on mental wellbeing, significantly higher than the European average of 37.9%. This increased demand highlights the growing awareness and urgency in the UK to provide an employee well-being platform.
In the UK, the need for support with work-life balance is 22.2%, which is in line with the European average. Demand for DEIB initiatives in the UK is slightly below the European average at 14% compared to 16%. This suggests that while diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging remain important, many UK organisations are already proactively working in these areas.
