Jennifer Liston-Smith , head of Bright Horizons’ thought leadership department, is . She founded and led Bright Horizons Work and Family Solutions for over a decade, providing advice to employers about programmes for working parents and caregivers, evaluating the impact and ROI of these programs, and developing coaches and coaching capabilities. Jennifer focuses her efforts on identifying trends and advising employers, and then translating this information into practical solutions.
Bright Horizons’ account manager is Amanda-Jane McCann . She has worked with Bright Horizons since 2005, initially supporting one of their Scottish nurseries as an administrator, and then moving up to the position of Account Manager. Amanda-Jane is meticulous and has a background in nurseries, which gives her a comprehensive understanding of the services and solutions offered by Bright Horizons. She is also the chair of Bright Horizons DEI Group, bringing to her role her passion for families.
Sam Jones, a business consultant who has years of experience in coaching the UK’s most influential public figures to improve productivity and performance and to promote wellbeing for young people. He examines the impact of instant access to information via phones and other devices on our psychology and our feelings. He focuses his attention on Generation Z, mental health and wellbeing, retention, and the resilience of Gen Z.
