Most successful endeavors in the workplace are group projects. Contrary to TV dramas, no car is ever manufactured by one individual, no plane is ever built or flown by just one person, and there is no single surgeon performing surgery. All work is done in groups.
Group projects are essential if the goal of education to educate youth is that they become productive members of our society. It was something that my teachers told me in school. Why would Katharine Bibibalsingh tweet that “We don’t do group work here at Michaela?”?
