Hannah Bloxham, Bibby Financial Services
Bibby Financial Services announced in December that Hannah Bloxham was appointed HR Director as part of their growth strategy. Hannah Bloxham joins BFS after 20 years of experience in HR leadership. She has held senior positions within the UK Civil Service and Siemens.
Hannah has extensive international experience in the financial services industry. She spent four years in Germany covering France, Spain and Italy, and three more years as the head of HR Asia Pacific based out Hong Kong. Both were with Siemens Financial Services. Her last role was as HR Director – Reward, Employee Relations and Insights at the Office for National Statistics. She served a staff of 5,000 colleagues.
Hannah said of her appointment: “I’m delighted to be joining BFS now as we strive to achieve our next phase in growth by supporting SMEs across the globe, with people being at the core of what we do.” BFS has a culture that is unique and based on values. Hannah is a fluent German-speaking fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She has been nominated for a Power Part Timer award, promoting flexible working for senior executives, and was shortlisted for a CIPD Award with her team in 2023.

Emma Fay The HR Dept
Emma Fay, a specialist in HR and employment law and a leading outsourced HR and Employment Law consultancy, has been appointed to the HR Dept Trafford & Warrington.
Fay, who has run HR Dept Wilmslow in the UK since 2014, says that she wants to expand her business into the neighbouring franchise and bring her team to seven. In the past decade, the two franchises developed a strong relationship and worked together to support local businesses.
The HR Dept. has 120 offices in the UK and Ireland. The HR Dept has 120 locations in the UK, Ireland and Australia.

Susan Muigai Mastercard
Susan Muigai has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Mastercard, with effect from 7 April.
Muigai is responsible for the human resources function and strategy at Mastercard. She will focus on all aspects of Mastercard, including culture and learning, engagement and talent acquisition, compensation and benefits. She will report directly to Chief Executive Michael Miebach, and be a member of the executive team.
Michael Fraccaro will continue to serve as an advisor until the end of this year, when he leaves his position as chief people officer.
Muigai joins TransUnion where she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since 2021. She spent 16 years in various senior positions at Walmart, including Canada, the US and India.
Muigai stated: “I am excited to join Mastercard and look forward building on the platform of talent, and fostering culture that allows its people and businesses to thrive.”
Miebach stated that Muigai has “a vast background and extensive global experience in human capital management and organisational leadership, making her a valuable addition to our team as we continue empowering people and powering economies.”

Michael Bowes Estee Lauder Companies
Michael Bowes, executive vice president and chief people officer at Estee Lauder Companies, has been appointed effective 1 April.
Bowes reports directly to Stephane de La Faverie (President and Chief Executive Officer) and oversees all global human resource areas, including talent and career management, as well as organisational design and career development.
He joined the company in 2015, and has been leading global talent acquisition, end-to-end management of talent, including executive talent, talent development and enterprise learning and training.
Bowes succeeds Michael O’Hare as executive vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer, who retires and steps down from his role on April 1.
Bowes previously served as managing director for executive search with Karen Harvey Consulting. Bowes has held roles in senior talent management, HR business partners, and Cole Haan and Saks Fifth Avenue.
