Severance is AppleTV’s series about the workplace. The second season of this highly anticipated show will begin on Friday.
It’s not a typical workplace show. The show features Lumon employees who have their work memories separate from their personal memories. They don’t even know what they do on weekends and evenings. Their home and work lives are totally separate.
There is definitely something sinister happening, but I won’t reveal any details. It’s important to know that this is not a utopian workplace. The employees were misled to believe that a wall between home and work is the panacea.
